When the mainstream media keeps asking if commercial real estate is the next shoe to drop, you can almost be positive that it’s not.
Market watchers have often used the cover of MSM publications like Time and Newsweek to call the peak of markets. The theory goes that by the time the story is compelling enough to get the attention of the publishers of mainstream publications, all of the opportunity is likely out of the market.
